How Does PolyLevel Work?

PolyLevel® is a lightweight polyurethane foam used to lift and level settled concrete. Small holes are drilled into the slab, and the foam is injected beneath the concrete. As it expands, it fills gaps, stabilizes loose soil, and carefully lifts the slab back toward its original position.

PolyLevel Capabilities

  • Lifts and levels settled concrete slabs
  • Repairs sunken sidewalks, patios, driveways, and steps
  • Fills voids beneath concrete
  • Helps stabilize weak or loose soil
  • Improves the soil’s load-bearing ability for some preconstruction applications

If you have uneven or sinking concrete, contact Blackburn Foundation Repair. Our team will inspect the problem and determine whether PolyLevel is the right solution for your property in South Dakota, Wyoming, or Nebraska.

Benefits of PolyLevel

  • Lightweight and durable: PolyLevel adds less weight to the soil than traditional mudjacking materials, reducing the risk of contributing to additional settlement.
  • Fast curing: The foam cures quickly, and most repaired concrete can be used within about 15 minutes of installation.
  • Waterproof material: Once cured, PolyLevel will not wash away or break down when exposed to water.
  • Precise lifting: Our trained professionals carefully control the amount of foam injected to lift the concrete with precision.
  • Minimally invasive: PolyLevel requires only small injection holes, which are patched after the concrete has been lifted.

PolyLevel Concrete Leveling FAQs

What is PolyLevel?

PolyLevel is a lightweight polyurethane foam injected beneath settled concrete to fill voids, stabilize the soil, and carefully lift the slab.

What surfaces can PolyLevel repair?

It may be used for sidewalks, driveways, patios, garage floors, pool decks, steps, and other concrete slabs after the surface is evaluated.

How long before the repaired concrete can be used?

PolyLevel cures quickly, and many repaired surfaces can be used within about 15 minutes. Your installation team will provide instructions for the specific project.

Will the PolyLevel material wash away?

Once cured, the waterproof foam is designed not to wash out or break down when exposed to water beneath the slab.

Is PolyLevel better than replacing the concrete?

Leveling can be less disruptive when the slab is still in suitable condition, but severely damaged concrete may require replacement. Review concrete repair options or schedule a free inspection.
