Couldn't be happier!! A gentleman, Rolando, came and leveled our sidewalk and part of our driveway, and walkway. It looks so good. As far as Rolando, he was absolutely AMAZING! He answered all of our questions and was so professional and knowledgeable. I had heard mixed reviews about Blackburn, but because of the workmanship and pleasantness of Rolando, I will use Blackburn again if needed. Every business should have employees like Rolando. Thank you for the wonderful job you did!!

From start to finish every epresentatives I dealt with were friendly courtesy and knowledgeable. Gentleman that provided me with quote was on time & didn't rush the process. Which was such a relief as too many companies rush things like estimates. Representative was willing to come back on his own time to update my husband if he had any questions at a later that week. I just want to say a Big Thank you to the gentleman who was here today to complete work on my patio behind my garage. This was one of the men who completed the work on my driveway, which gave me a great feeling he was going to complete the work as well as what was done on my driveway! Blackburn completed a sump pump installation and radon mitigation system for us. Their service was outstanding from start to finish. Our systems design specialist (Dan) was timely and thorough. Our project was completed by Jon; it was obvious he was an expert. Everything was installed with quality, very neatly and we didn't have to clean anything up upon his departure! I was very pleased with Linden’s professionalism from the moment he walked into my house. He introduced himself, shared a little bit about the Blackburn Company (which he is very proud to work for) and answered any questions I had as we viewed the company’s videos together. He then completed a thorough inspection of my crawl space and foundation on my smaller 1950’s house here in Casper followed by photos of what he noticed and an explanation and cost breakdown of what the company recommends to remedy any concerns. I appreciated his personable discussions and would recommend Blackburn to others who have concerns about foundations/basements/crawlspaces. Oh, and he also performed a radon test! Professionalism at its finest! Devin and his crew were sensational. They were very informative about their craft, warranty, and questions I had for them. They only needed a day and a half for the two day project so it was refreshing to see the crew working so hard to finish ahead of schedule. The gentlemen went above and beyond to protect any and all of our belongings and valuables that happened to be within their work space. My 2 year old was fascinated with all the new noises and people working on our house and Devin and his crew interacted with him so genuinely and respectful. We greatly appreciated the care and professionalism you brought with you into our home to help fix our foundation and water issues. We were glad we asked Blackburn to do an assessment on our water issues in our garage. Ryan was knowledgeable and thoroughly answered our many questions. We learned some things about our house that are good to know. In the end our issue is not serious and does not need foundation repair or a sump pump. If he had accepted, we would have gladly paid for his time and the good information we got. Ryan’s professional demeanor assured us that he is competent and knows what he is talking about. The two gentlemen, Alfredo and John, called before they arrived. Which was really helpful so we could get our household ready. They explained each part of how they were going to install the radon system and the UV light. And after it was installed they explained everything and for what to look for but they emphasized that if we had any questions to call. There was no mess and except for the systems installed I would have not known they were here. Because we’re in the process of having our basement remodeled, we’re taking their advice and will be having the floor sealed. Both were extremely professional.

had Anthony Viereck come out to help find the cause of water on our basement floor. Turns out it was a water line in our plumbing. He was very helpful in helping us get the leak fixed and also get a new sump installed and dehumidifier and air filtration system ordered and installed. Jason Gabriel came out and did the equipment install he did a great job. Got the job done in a timely manner and was very professional. I would recommend either of these men to do your job
