SmartJack Crawl Space Support System

Sagging floors above a crawl space can be caused by weak soil, settling columns, undersized supports, or supports that are spaced too far apart. Replacing the entire floor structure is not always necessary. The SmartJack crawl space support system uses adjustable galvanized-steel posts to stabilize floor joists and beams. It can also be paired with CleanSpace encapsulation to address structural support and ground moisture together.

The SmartJack system provides numerous advantages over old-fashioned concrete columns that are still used in some areas of South Dakota for crawl space supports.
